Vadhandhi:The Fable of Velonie Season 1 Episode 3

Dr. Paulraj introduces new suspects to Vivek - the infamous three brothers from the estate of Ottaparai - Sunny, Sanjeev and Santhosh. Based on the blood samples collected from the abandoned house, Vivek takes Santhosh into custody. Ki Sebastian asks his old friend and a senior journalist, Kalyanaraman, to get updates about the investigation of Velonie murder. The rumours floating around amidst the general public portray Velonie as a promiscuous person. Vivek and Alex try to fish out details from the FIR filed when Velonie went missing before. Vivek's obsession with the case grows with every dead-end lead. This obsession creates increasing friction with Anandhi. It slowly dawns on Vivek that he has started relating Velonie with his ex-girlfriend and that his obsession has more to do with Velonie as a person rather than a mere murder investigation.
