ViVid Strike! Season 1 Episode 8 - Victor and Loser
The eighth episode of ViVid Strike! is named Victor and Loser. The episode focuses on the protagonist, Fuuka, and her friend Rinne who is also a Combat Instructor.

As they part their ways, Rinne meets Fuuka and the two begin their training. The episode shifts to Einhard who is impressed by the way Fuuka was able to complete the challenge in the maze. Einhard shares her dreams with Fuuka and tells her that she is determined to become the greatest fighter in the world and someday she plans to fight Rinne. Fuuka encourages her to follow her dreams and promises to support her.
The episode takes a darker turn when Rinne is challenged to a fight by a group of men. She initially declines but after they threaten to harm Fuuka, Rinne reluctantly agrees to fight them. Rinne fights fiercely, and just when she is about to win, Victor stops the fight and steps in to save Rinne.

Victor warns Rinne that it is not a path he recommends, but Rinne brushes it off and promises Fuuka to be with her till the end.
