Cameron is constantly trying to one-up Elisia and make her feel inferior. Elisia has to decide whether to stick it out with Cameron or cut her off before things get worse.

As the girls navigate their new friendships, they start to suspect that Monkeyman is still watching them. They receive cryptic messages that seem to suggest that Monkeyman is still out there, plotting his revenge. The girls try to figure out who Monkeyman really is, but their efforts are thwarted at every turn. They start to feel like they can't trust anyone, not even their new friends.

"New Friends" is a gripping episode that explores the difficulty of making real connections with people in the digital age. The girls' struggles to find trust and meaning in their relationships are relatable to anyone who has ever struggled to fit in.
