Ep 9. Horselord/Earl Scouts

To avoid being sent back to Pudge, Zokie turns Ruby's landlord's pet Chihuahua into a Pudgian sparkle horse. Ruby wants to earn her first Scoutie Scout badge but Earl steps in as her Scout Master with ZERO survival skills.
