The Pink Panther hops on his motorcycle and decides to stop at bicep beach. At this beach a muscle bound man is flexing his muscles stealing the attention of all the pretty young women on the beach. The Pink Panther decides to put on an inflatable muscle suit and hit the waves taking the attention away from the other man. The other man and the Pink Panther spend the day competing against each other for the beautiful women's attention.
