Description
While on a break, Osman and Logan hear gun shots. They arrive on the scene; two young Asians have been shot. One is dead and the other is on the brink of dying but Logan gets images of what is in his head just before he dies. Logan then goes in the restaurant and finds Kim, the sister of one of the deceased. She's blind and Raymond was her entire family. Billy Tan, an important figure in Chinatown, helps the police and gives them the identity of a person who might be responsible for the shooting. Logan is not convinced that the person arrested is the culprit.
