Successful actors and actresses such as Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy, Regina Hall, Joy Bryant, and Paula Patton play a part in this successful production directed by Steve Pink. The film made its debut at the Pan African Film Festival February 11th, 2014 and made its big screen debut on Valentine's Day this year. Profits from the film reached $25.6 on opening weekend. This film was an adaptation of the 1986 version which was based on a screenplay from 1974 titled, “Sexual Perversity in Chicago.” The film follows two couples on their journey through new love. Critics had mostly positive things to say about the movie. Rotten Tomatoes gave the film a rating of 76 of 100. Other critics raved that the comedic relief provided by Hart and Hall added pizzaz to the film.
