Watch Bars of Hate

Ann Dawson's handbag is ripped from her arms. It contains a letter that can clear her brother, who is convicted of murder and awaits execution. As the clock ticks, she must locate the stolen document and get it to the governor before it's too late. Not everyone wants to see her brother set free, especially Jim Grant, the real killer. During a scuffle, District Attorney Ted Clark (Regis Toomey) saves the thief from an angry mob. He confiscates the pocketbook and letter and returns them to Ann. Together, they work towards getting the evidence into the hands of the authorities. Jim Grant is dead set on stopping them - at any cost.
