Bhagyawan is a 1994 Indian action film starring Govinda, Juhi Chawla, and Pran Sikand in lead roles. The movie is directed by S.K. Subash and produced by Upendra Jha. The film is a blend of romance, drama, and action and was well received by the audience at the time of its release. Bhagyawan follows the story of Dhanraj (Pran Sikand), a wealthy businessman who has two sons, Raju (Govinda) and Jeevan (Farooq Shaikh). Dhanraj is a kind-hearted man who believes in doing good deeds and helping people in need. However, his sons are quite the opposite and are involved in various criminal activities.

Raju is a spoilt brat who spends his time partying with his friends and is always in trouble with the law. Jeevan, on the other hand, is a more serious and focused individual who wants to take over his father's business. However, he is also involved in illegal activities that don't sit well with his father.

One day, Dhanraj decides to donate all his wealth to charity and leave everything behind to live a simple life. This decision creates a rift between him and his sons, who don't approve of his actions. Raju and Jeevan try to stop their father from giving away everything, but he is adamant.

Meanwhile, Raju meets Reema (Juhi Chawla), a young woman who is a part of a theatre group. They fall in love, but Raju's criminal past comes back to haunt him, and he is forced to take the blame for a crime he did not commit. He is sentenced to jail, and Reema is left alone to fight for his release.

As the story progresses, we see how Dhanraj's decision to give away his wealth affects his family and the people around him. We see how Raju and Reema fight for justice, and how Jeevan tries to redeem himself for his past mistakes.

The film's music, composed by Anand-Milind, was well received and includes popular songs like "Mere Mehboob" and "Yunhi Kat Jaayega Safar." The film also features some impressive action sequences, with Govinda displaying his martial arts skills.

Overall, Bhagyawan is a well-crafted film that has something for everyone. It's a wholesome family entertainer with romance, drama, and action, and makes for a great watch with friends and family. Govinda and Juhi Chawla's chemistry is endearing, and Pran Sikand's performance as the loving father is heartwarming.

Bhagyawan is a 1993 action movie with a runtime of 2 hours and 16 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.4.
