Blonde and Blonder is about two dumb blondes that meet in flight school. One has a pet turtle and the other is a former dancer. They decide to take off in a plane and somehow do not realize they do not have an instructor in the plane with them. They panic and somehow land the plane on a golf course and survive. They soon become good friends and discover they have been neighbors for nearly a year before they entered flight school. They soon meet an ex Italian mafia member that is currently being protected by tow agents and the two dumb blondes are mistaken for assailants that are tracking the ex mafia member Lou Rimoli.
