They discover human remains, ancient artefacts, and strange markings which give clues about what happened to the missing people who were never found. This discovery leads them to an encounter with a monster, which has been responsible for the disappearances.

The creature is extremely hostile and begins tracking them down, forcing them to find a way out. The group also encounters other terrifying creatures and finds themselves fighting for their survival. In the face of adversity, they find what it takes to survive in the wilderness and overcome the unknown evil lurking in the forest.

Blue Hole is an engaging thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The cinematography is excellent, with stunning views of the forest and underground cave systems. It seamlessly transitions between heart-pumping suspense sequences and emotional moments between characters, which adds depth to their characters.

The performances of the lead actors are commendable, with Aubrey Mozino playing the role of Marge with great conviction. Jenn Jones delivers a standout performance as Alex, capturing the fear and terror of being trapped in the woods.
