Brother of Bommali is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language comedy film directed by Chinni Krishna and produced by Ammiraju Kanumalli. The film stars Brahmanandam in a dual role along with Karthika Nair, who plays the female lead. Melkote, Ali, and Jayaprakash Reddy are among the other cast members. The film revolves around the life of twins, who are separated at birth due to certain circumstances. The first twin is named Rambabu (Brahmanandam), who is physically strong but mentally weak. The second twin is named Seetha Rama Raju (Brahmanandam), who is mentally strong but physically weak. They are adopted by two different families and lead completely different lives.

Rambabu is raised by a rich family and is pampered by his mother (Jhansi) and two sisters (Karthika Nair and Disha Pandey). He is unaware of his twin brother's existence until he accidentally meets him in a hospital. Seetha Rama Raju is raised by a poor family and earns a living by selling vegetables. He is a loner and prefers to live his life on his own terms.

As the story progresses, Rambabu's family faces a financial crisis and is forced to sell their ancestral property. Rambabu decides to fight against the people who cheated them and seeks the help of Seetha Rama Raju. Initially, Seetha Rama Raju refuses to help him but later agrees to do so. They come up with a plan to get the property back and execute it successfully.

In the meantime, Rambabu falls in love with a girl named Swetha (played by Karthika Nair), who is the daughter of a billionaire. Their love story faces several hurdles, but they manage to overcome them with the help of Seetha Rama Raju.

Brother of Bommali is a wholesome family entertainer that is filled with comedy, drama, and emotions. Brahmanandam's performance as the twins is the highlight of the film. He effortlessly portrays both the characters with ease and delivers a standout performance. Karthika Nair also shines in her role as Swetha and adds charm to the film.
