Bushwhacked

"They wanted a great adventure. What they got was "Mad Max" Grabelski."

Bushwhacked is an outrageous 1995 comedy which depicts the crazy adventure of Max Grabelski, who is played by Daniel Stern, as he runs from the law. Max finds himself the center of police and media attention as he unknowingly places himself in the wrong place, at the wrong time. He is accused of not only setting fire to a prestigious home, but of murder as well. These events all took place only because Max could not deliver the package for his company at the right time.

Instead of hiding out Max continues to work. On another trip to deliver a package for his boss Max is headed to Devil's Peak. On his way with the package he is spotted and is forced to steal a car, but it is not just any car, it is the station wagon of a scout troop leader. Through a course of action filled events Mr. Grabelski is thrust into the role of supervisor of an overnight scouting trip. With the FBI close behind him Max's cover is blown, and the troop of children send for help. Little did the children, or Max for that matter, know that the FBI agents that are coming to their rescue are in on the cover up, and are out to murder Max.

Once Max is able to gain the trust of the troop again they help him run. The innocent scouting trip that the children thought that were going on would soon become a wild, adventure that none would be able to soon forget. The original scout leader, Mrs. Patterson, becomes entangled in the mess after finding a note that tells her of the children's location. While one of the bad FBI agents capture Mrs. Patterson, Max and his troop come in for the rescue.
