She has the perfect life when she marries her wonderful husband. What she doesn't realize is that the father-in-law has inner demons. When Victoria Principal's father-in-law beats her up, she will have to fight for her life just to get someone to really listen to her. Desperate for help, she tells her husband what has happened. He doubts that anything has occurred, and he thinks that she had become mad. Sent to a psychiatric facility, she is not going down without a fight.
