In an America ruled by an iron-fisted president, the main form of entertainment is The Annual Transcontinental Road Race. But this is not just any race. Those participating in it are awarded points for every pedestrian they run over and kill. Thomasina Paine and her great granddaughter Annie lead a resistance group to end the race by killing its drivers. Annie is assigned to get close to the famed racer Frankenstein and lure him into an ambush. But as she learns more about the man, will she be able to perform her task?
