A year to the day after Dorothy and the people of the Emerald City defeated Urfin Jus, the villain seeks revenge. To command the army of Carraci, Urfin needs not only the magic book but also the silver slippers, which are hidden in Dorothy's house. Unfortunately, Dorothy's guest, Tim, picks up the slippers, transporting himself, Dorothy, and the slippers to the Land of Oz.
