Finding Bliss came out in 2008. Its plot is part romantic, and part comedy. It is about the adult film industry. It is from the perspective of a twenty-five-year-old film school graduate, a young woman named Jody. Jody moves to Hollywood, but she cannot find a job there. She wants to get her film made, and she has many awards. Jody has two problems: she cannot get a job, and she cannot get anyone to read the script she made.

Jody finally finds a job as an editor. The editing job she gets is in a porn production company. She decides to secretly attempt to use the studio she works at to get her film produced. Jody knows if she gets caught secretly doing this that she can get in trouble. The plot is about how sometimes you have to do anything, even risking getting in trouble, to follow a person's dreams. Sammi Hanratty is the actor that plays Jody. This film is directed by Julie Davis. It is also written by Julie Davis.
