It centers around the FBI waging a man hunt for an elusive, billionaire, who is a very powerful figure on the world wide stage because of his extraordinary wealth. However capturing him proves to be extremely difficult, so the FBI is forced to hire a professional to capture this man, who the FBI believes is involved in a criminal empire. The hired bounty hunter also crosses paths with a woman looking for the same subject.
