This interesting take on the horror genre chronicles the fate of a small island town. The residents are being tormented by a terrible electrical storm with suspicious atmospheric conditions that offer no supporting reasons for it to happen. When two people learn that the storm is actually a group of angry souls bent on revenge, they embark on a quest to save the town from certain destruction.
