Fellow college students Guddu and Salina meet and fall madly in love, but one day the two are literally thrown together after they have an automobile collision. The wreck leaves Salina completely blind and her family forbids Guddu from ever seeing her again. A short time later the plot thickens when Guddu is diagnosed with a fatal brain tumor. His last wish shocks everyone he knows and loves, especially Salina.
