The main goal of the Hellcats, a gang organized by teenage girls, is to terrorize the local schools and resist authority. The Hellcats have a bad attitude toward school and parents. When a new transfer student named Joyce moves into the new neighborhood with her family, she runs into the gang. Joyce desperately wants to become a member. To prove to the female gang that she can become a new member, Joyce begins to go to scandalous parties. One night, she is at a party drinking and talking to the boys, but her night out doesn't end well: someone is killed.
