Watch Higher Ground

After returning home from combat in the Middle East, a group of soldiers decide to partake in a long 20,000 altitude hike adventure up to the summit of the Himalayan Mountains. Their leader Eric, and other hikers among them, are determined to accomplish the grueling cold hike that barely any human beings not many people have achieved before. The veterans within the hiking group are experience in a broad range of survival skills. Each one of them bring their own personality and experience along the long hike as they depend on each other with their lives. The hike is as beautiful and dangerous as it is a resource for the veterans to work through and heal from their emotional scars from war.
