This movie follows Carmen. She is unmarried and pregnant. Her cousin Stella wants her to have an abortion. Jerry who is the father also wants her to abort the baby. Her landlay Juling suggests that she keep the baby because an abortion is against the will go God. Carmen sees people all around her struggling to feed their children. She loses her job and is learning towards an abortion but is still unsure of what to do.
