This love story is about a wealthy boy who falls for a penniless girl. A poor widowed engineer named Indra seeks some advice from his friend Shantanu. Who is an old time friend of Indra's and wants Shantanu to let his sister stay with him while going on a business venture. Since he is such faithful friend, Shantanu cannot turn him down. And allows Indra's sister Puja stay at his home. At first she feels uncomfortable being in Shantanu's mansion. But after befriending his son, Rahul, adjusts to staying there. A strong bond grows between the two good friends.
