Kelly Reyes is a volleyball star, but her team end up losing in the semi-finals of the Association of Volleyball Professionals' championship. Holden Gregg, a journalist, asks to interview Kelly an the two go out on a date and spend the night together. When Kelly is asked to replace another player, the police find out she may be in danger next.
