Oliver inherits his father's home funeral business, but when he finds out that his father left him an almost bankrupt business, things don't get any easier for him. Then, he meets Roberta, the local coroner and funeral embalmer, who befriends Oliver. After a wild night out, Roberta allows Oliver to drive drunk. On their way home, Oliver hits a man walking on the side of the road with his truck, killing him instantly. Roberta tells Oliver how to get rid of the evidence and make it look like an accident. But when they find out someone has evidence about what happened that night, they start to kill people on purpose.
