This is a dramatic movie about a young man with a dream. His homeland has constant problems with drought. When he goes to school, he learns engineering design. He applies this to a new design for a desalination plant. The government will not buy his idea, so he decides to build the plant on his own. When he begins building, he cannot afford the materials. A friend introduces him to a man who claims he invests in ideas. Once the plans are set and the building starts, the investor demands his money back, with interest. When he does not get it right away, he is willing to use force if necessary to collect his money.
