The movie tells the story of a group of friends - Freddy (played by Samuel Austin), Reg (played by Francis Biggs), and Tyrone (played by Unaloto Funaki) - who are desperate for cash and decide to rob a local crime lord. At the beginning of the movie, weâre introduced to Freddy, who is a stock clerk in a local supermarket. Heâs been struggling with money and has recently broken up with his girlfriend. One day, he bumps into his old friend Reg and his girlfriend Sue, who are talking about their recent success in robbing a store. Reg and Sue convince Freddy to join them in a bigger heist thatâll make them all rich.
The trio decides to rob a local crime lord known as The Upholsterer, who runs a furniture business as a front for his illegal activities. They plan the heist by breaking into his mansion and stealing a valuable painting. However, things get complicated when they discover the painting is already stolen and find themselves in possession of something far more valuable than they ever imagined.
