Harry is a man who is struggling to find his real way in life, the owner of a successful guard dog business he is in the process of getting counseling with his wife, Adele as their marriage is breaking down. Into the world of Harry comes Joan, a woman who is under threat from a Los Angeles serial killer. After hiring Harry to provide her with protection, Joan finds she and the guard dog expert are drawn together as the threats against her life mount up.
