Mary, their youngest daughter, is possessed by the spirit of the crazed passenger responsible for the massacre, and her behavior becomes more erratic with each passing day.

David, who is desperate to make this venture work, tries to ignore the increasing supernatural and horrific events, but things worsen when a dead body is found on board. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo plays the role of the engineer, Mike, who is responsible for the maintenance of the boat. He is the person who has to deal with all the supernatural incidents that occur on board. His character adds a touch of humor to the movie, but he also plays an integral part in trying to save the family.
