My Brother Cicero is a short comedy film that was released in 1998. A man by the name of Nicky finds himself dealing with several problems. This includes the fact that he has some serious substance abuse problems, and that he finds himself dealing with a bad relationship. The biggest problem is that he has a terrible roommate. This results in some strange situations as he tries to sort everything out.
