Eddie and Lou need to lay low because a loan shark is after them. The con-men believe that they have found the perfect place to hide out: a house that will be empty because the owner is going to be away for a month or more. The house sitter who was supposed to watch the residence isn't coming. Just as the men get settled, the home owner's relatives show up, and one of the men must pretend to be the house sitter to avoid detection. Comedy ensues as the men try to keep their true identities a secret.
