A Paris photographer, Melissa is given the assignment by the Ministry of the Interior to document the day to day activities of the Police Division for Child Protection. This unit of cops tries to balance their personal lives with the trauma they see in their work days. The daily confrontations these officers run into are: abusive parents, children and women abusers, molesters, excess of teen sexuality and more unthinkable crimes people commit against the most vulnerable of victims. Melissa will witness these crimes and photograph them as she makes friends among the detectives assigned to these horrible cases. She will document how this team of officers learns to deal with the working day and how it affects their private lives.
