This movie follows an outlaw on the run that enters the town called Refuge. This town does not allow guns, swearing, or alcohol. This town is really Purgatory which is where all the former outlaws that have died live. These outlaws have to make things right before they go to Heaven. If they cannot change their ways they will end up going to Hell.
