Jim Hawkins's original trip to Treasure Island hadn't accomplished what he'd set out to complete. A desendent of Hawkins's had to make a visit to the island. The pirates were planning to steal Captain Flint's treasure the first time and failed. Years later, a writer named Clive Stone visits the island to learn about the legend of Treasure Island. Stone has an old Bible that belonged to Captain Flint with a saying the writer believes is a clue to the whole trip. After Miss Hawkins is kidnapped, she meets the real Clive Stone, who was part of the original expedition.
