While out for a run a young woman gets a phone call from a school official asking her to stand in for a scheduled commencement speaker who has taken ill. She has less than a day to put together her thoughts and needs someone -- or something -- to serve as her rehearsal audience. She finds a famous "something" floating on a nearby creek and unloads her thoughts to it.
