This movie is a tale of five life long baby boomer friends that graduate from college with hopes of achieving fame and greatness. Many decades later, these fifty somethings come together for a reunion of sorts and it seems that only one of them was able to achieve what they all wanted and hoped for. Richard has become a well known and respected Hollywood producer.

Elliot, it seems, is the most desperate out of them all. As a failure in the publishing business, Elliot is now trying his best to finish a screenplay in hopes that his long time friend will give him his much needed big break.
