Sex and the Single Girl is a romance comedy that was released in 1964. The film follows a reporter who has a long history of being misogynistic, and spends a fair amount of his personal life picking up women. The man learns of the book written by a female psychiatrist called Sex and the Single Girl, and the book has become a major sensation. The reporter does not want to speak with him, and so he has to pretend to be a patient in order to talk to her. The reporter does this by imitating his neighbor who is constantly nagged by his wife.
