Stand By is a sports drama that was released in 2011 in India. A group of friends work very hard in order to become professional football players. The players are able to become some of the best in the country, but only one of them will be chosen for the national team. This results in a combination of money and power being used to promote the best-off player to the national team. This threatens to ruin the other players, and causes great conflict between them.
