In Marseilles, France, Daniel is happy he now has a license and can be a cab driver instead of riding his scooter and delivering pizzas. While driving, Daniel is caught speeding and is threatened with losing his license and livelihood. Emilien, an inspector on the trail of German bank robbers, forces Daniel to drive for him as he continues to chase down the crooks. Daniel must deal with an angry, dirty cop on one hand and bank robbers shooting at them from the other.
