Seven members of the black panthers push and lead others to incite terrifying riots throughout Chicago. Partners in the Vietnam Anti-War movement their riots turn violent as they face off against police and military during their protests. The trail forces the country to come to terms with how far the freedom of speech act protects rioters within our own countries and how far rioters will go to have their speech heard.
