In the Soviet Union there's a town that's meant to mimic rural Nebraska except they're stuck in the 1950s. They are English speaking KGB trainees who act American. While on a trip to late twentieth century New York City, Cameron Smith meets some stylish nightclub owners named Travis and Wendell. Smith offers the two young men a chance to run a night club in rural Nebraska without letting them know it's really in the Southern end of Russia just near the Sea of Japan. Travis and Wendell introduce their neighbors to late twentieth century gadgets. They open a new nightclub.
