This film is about the story that takes place in a world called Galilee City. This city is broken up into two communities that are at odds wuth each other. One group lives their life on the Rooftop by singing and dancing, while the other live on the group and hold all of the power. One day, a young man named Wax meets a beautiful girl named Starling, who is a actress and singer. Their love is then put to the test by fighting for power on the ground level.
