This horror movie was released as a dramatization of a true story, but it is not clear as to whether the events that take place have actually happened. The movie begins with a man dressed in black thinking about a girl who died in a car accident. The man then kills a woman who lives in an apartment, but he kills her with a drill. Other people are killed with various tools that are found in a toolbox. Officers talk to those who found the bodies of the people killed. The killer strikes again, killing a woman in her bathtub with a nail gun. He then kidnaps a young girl. Her brother tries to find her, but soon finds tools in someone's garage. Thinking that this is who took his sister, he focuses his efforts on the man, not thinking that it could be someone else.
