All is nice and quiet in a beautiful suburb in Canada, yet for Dr. Oz Oseransky with his failing dental practice, things are about to get worse. When his new neighbor turns out to be none other than the famous hit man for the mob, Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski. Things turn worse for him as he is thrown deeper into turmoil as his wife sends him to Chicago to confront the mob boss who wants Jimmy dead, yet finds the hit man after him as his own wife betrays him to his new neighbor. Will Dr. Oz find peace or will he find himself six feet under the tulips?
