Watch Things Are Tough All Over

Things are Tough All Over is an outrageous comedy with Cheech and Chong. The story follows Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong enduring a tough Chicago winter as struggling and poor musicians. They work at a car wash owned by rich Arabs, Slyman and Prince Habib (played by Cheech and Chong). After they mess up on the job, they are forced to work and play at the Arab’s club. The guys also try to get with the French girlfriends of the Arabs, who like them much better. The Arabs obtain a very large sum of money illegally. They try to get it to their business in Las Vegas, deciding to stash it in limousine seats. Then they hire Cheech and Chong to drive the money to Las Vegas, lying to them and saying they're going on a rock show tour. Cheech and Chong get gas in Chicago, but the gas station attendant takes some of the car as payment when he finds they have little cash. Cheech and Chong decide to drive across country and sell pieces and parts of the vehicle for gas, supplies and food. At the plant in the desert, Cheech and Chong deliver a very messed-up limo, but no one is there. Without transportation or money, the guys set foot into the hot desert. Wandering, they suffer through the Nevada heat, trying to flag down cars. Unsuccessful, they eat peyote and sing to pass time. The Arabs find out and chase the guys through the streets of Las Vegas. They run into a porno theater, still chased by the Arabs. On hidden camera, the Arabs see the stoners having sex with their girlfriends. However, the Arabs are inspired and the guys escape. The stoners set foot leaving Las Vegas. As the guys walk out of town, a limo arrives with the Arabs and their French girlfriends inside. At first terrified, the Arabs calm them down telling them that they want to hire them to do porn films so they can use the business to launder money.
