However, when Ravi returns from the army, he realizes that Neelima has fallen in love with Vicky. He is hurt but accepts their relationship and decides to move on. Vicky and Neelima get married, but their happiness is short-lived when Neelima starts experiencing health problems.

Neelima's condition worsens, and doctors inform Vicky that she has leukemia, and she needs a bone marrow transplant. Ravi is a match and offers to donate his bone marrow to save Neelima's life. Vicky is grateful to Ravi and apologizes for falling in love with Neelima.

The film ends on a bittersweet note, with Neelima's health improving, and everyone reconciling. The movie is a beautiful love story that explores the complexities of relationships and the power of true love.

Jeetendra delivers a powerful performance as Ravi, the selfless friend who sacrifices his love for the happiness of others. Navin Nischol is excellent in his role as Vicky, the loyal friend who falls in love with the same woman as his best friend.
