WWE That's What I Am is a heartwarming coming-of-age story that centers around a young boy named Andy Nichol, played by Chase Ellison, in 1965. The movie explores themes of bullying, prejudice, and standing up for oneself, all set against the backdrop of the WWE wrestling world. Ed Harris stars as Mr. Simon, Andy's English teacher, who assigns the class a year-long project called the Big Kahuna, in which they have to write an essay about what they think makes a person great. Randy Orton plays a WWE wrestler named Mike, who is the subject of Andy's essay. Mike is initially reluctant to participate in the project, but Mr. Simon convinces him to come to the school and meet with the students.

As Andy navigates his way through middle school, he becomes the target of a group of bullies led by a tough kid named Victor, played by Alexander Walters. Victor mocks and humiliates Andy in various ways, including calling him a "retard" because of his friendship with a special education student named Norman.

Norman is played by Daniel Yabut, and he and Andy strike up a close friendship. Andy finds himself defending Norman from the bullies and standing up for what is right, even if it means going against the cool kids. Over time, Andy's courage and kindness inspire others to do the same.

Meanwhile, Mike becomes a mentor to Andy and helps him understand that being different is not a bad thing. He tells Andy a story about when he was a boy and how he too was picked on because he didn't fit in. Mike teaches Andy that it's not about trying to change who you are to fit in but instead embracing your unique qualities.

Throughout the movie, we see glimpses of WWE wrestling matches and the showmanship that goes into them, providing commentary on the themes being explored in the plot. The movie ultimately delivers a strong message about the value of self-acceptance, standing up for one's beliefs, and treating others with kindness and respect.

WWE That's What I Am is a feel-good movie with a lot of heart. It tackles serious topics like bullying and prejudice with sensitivity and sincerity, without ever feeling preachy. The performances are excellent, particularly by Chase Ellison, who is convincing as a shy but determined young boy navigating the difficult waters of adolescence.

The supporting cast also shines, with Ed Harris delivering a nuanced portrayal of a compassionate and insightful teacher, and Randy Orton bringing charisma and charm to his role as a WWE wrestler with a heart of gold. The young actors playing the bullies and Andy's classmates also give strong performances, bringing depth and complexity to their characters.

Overall, WWE That's What I Am is a movie that will resonate with audiences of all ages, particularly those who have experienced bullying or who are struggling to find their place in the world. It's a movie that will make you laugh, cry, and leave you feeling inspired and uplifted. With its positive message and strong performances, WWE That's What I Am is a movie that is not to be missed.
