Watch Young Dr. Gnome

Young Dr. Gnome is a movie that came out in 2007. A city dwelling gnome is on his way to visit his uncle and on the way there meets a mischievous friend. After explaining what he was doing and that his parents wanted him to be a doctor, the friend starts going around spreading that the uncle is sick and that his city nephew was coming to treat him and take over for him.
