Aerial America is a television series that showcases the United States through impressive aerial footage. In season 1 episode 3 titled Virginia, viewers are taken on a breathtaking journey through the state of Virginia, from the coast to the mountains.

Richmond is also famous for its proximity to Appomattox, the location where Robert E. Lee surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant, marking the end of the Civil War. Viewer are treated to a birds-eye view of the treed parkland where the surrender took place and it is truly awe-inspiring.
